ABOUT ME
I’m Megan Daffern, a queer fashion and textile designer with a love for colour, character, and unconventional creativity. Based in Brighton, I design clothing and digital graphics that are bold, playful, and grounded in sustainable values.
My background spans both the UK and the US, shaping a design style that blends cultural influences, natural textures, and eclectic storytelling. I studied Fashion Design at Virginia Commonwealth University and the London College of Fashion, building a foundation in fine art, sculpture, and textile innovation.
For the past three years, I worked as a designer at NOPINZ in Devon, where I developed performance-focused apparel and gained a deep appreciation for precision and technical design. Now, I focus on more expressive and experimental projects, bringing a unique mix of garment construction, textile development, and digital graphic design to my work.
I’m always up for designing something fun, quirky, and full of personality. Whether it's a textile print, a custom garment, or a vibrant visual identity, I aim to create work that feels fresh, joyful, and unapologetically original. Sustainability, inclusivity, and individuality are at the core of everything I do.
