During her time at NOPINZ, she played a central role in shaping multiple high-profile cycling collections, taking ownership of the entire design process from concept to production. She was responsible for designing prints and colourways, selecting stitch and hardware details, creating detailed tech packs for overseas manufacturing, and overseeing production to ensure quality and accuracy. She worked closely with factories to manage bulk orders, critiqued sewing and construction, and refined designs based on rider feedback and sales insights. Her work combined technical innovation, creative direction, and brand consistency, ensuring every collection met both performance and aesthetic standards.
SUBZERO COLLECTION
For two consecutive years, she was a lead designer of the SubZero indoor cycling range. The kit features specially engineered FreezePockets for frozen gel packs, strategically placed in key “hot zones” to help riders regulate body temperature, stay cool, and focus their energy on performance.
2024 SUBZERO
She designed two colourways (blue and black), developed and test-printed the prints, chose stitch details and hardware, and created detailed tech packs for production in China. She also managed communication with the factory, oversaw bulk orders, and carried out quality control to ensure improvements in garment construction for the following season.

2025 SUBZERO
Using sales insights and rider feedback, she refined the range with a darker palette that appealed to the core audience of 40+ riders. She designed new prints compatible with evolving premium fabrics, selected finishes in line with new branding guidelines, and introduced interior garment details, including slogans inside the pockets, to create a more personal rider experience.

Gran Fondo Collection
She was part of the Gran Fondo race design team for two years and stepped into the role of lead designer in 2025 for the event in Lorne, Australia. She created designs for 17 different nations, updating national colours to correct Pantone values and developing efficient layouts for easier garment construction. She also built individual online shops for each country, featuring 20+ garments and accessories per team, while ensuring all designs adhered to strict new brand guidelines. The 2025 collection featured premium black shorts with heat-applied text and logos, combining a sleek look with performance-focused detailing.

Devon BikeShed Collection
She also designed a Devon-themed collection for NOPINZ’s retail partner, the BikeShed. Wanting the kit to appeal to a wide audience, she softened the bold tones of the Devon flag into smooth gradients, carefully test-printed colours, and adjusted panel placements so the design flowed seamlessly across all garment sizes. The collection extended to jerseys, socks, and caps, and is still available in BikeShed stores across Devon.
